Marshall Lost 20 lbs On Bowles Diet

According to this article Brandon Marshall has lost 20 lbs on Coach Bowles diet.  Seems to me it's really 10 lbs as his playing weight last season was said to be 235.  But still Marshall coming into camp at 225 lbs will probably make him even better....now if we can just get a good QB to throw to him.     http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/new-york-jets-brandon-marshall-todd-bowles-diet-20-pounds-072716

Like it or not this is becoming the trend with athletes when they pass 30. Kobe and Lebron did it too. Lot of good research the past few decades which showed even for extremely low bodyfat individuals, EVEN freak athletes, carrying ten or more less pounds once you pass your late 20s can make a world of difference with recovery, notably in the joints and tendons. Marshall's sh*t is right on par with the sugar-free/natural fats trends.

Did you see the picture of his feet he posted last season? It looked like an elephant foot. At his age lighter is better
