C Mart
Two well regarded DBs injured during pro days..Could drop draft weekend.. Fabian Moreau, the UCLA cornerback that’s been soaring up draft boards, tore a pectoral muscle during his pro day workout on Tuesday then underwent surgery Wednesday night twenty four hours after the injury occured. Rated as a top eight CB by Draft Analyst, Moreau was in the middle of the bench press when he felt a strain in his left pectoral after completing six repetitions. Further evaluation revealed the pectoral muscle was torn and Moreau flew to the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York city where surgery was performed. This type of injury usually takes four-to-six months before a complete return to the field. The expectation is Moreau will be ready to play at full strength by early-to-mid August. Given the position he plays and the nature of the injury the belief from teams it this is nothing more than a bump in the road for Moreau. Draft Analyst continues to grade the corner as a second round prospect. The senior entered the season stamped as a free agent prospect by scouts but has been on a straight shot North up draft boards since September. He finished his senior season with 31 tackles, 2 interception and an additional 12 pass break-ups. Moreau continued his momentum by turning in a tremendous week of practice at the Shrine Game in January. Earlier this month at the combine he timed 4.35s in the forty, touched 38 inches in the vertical jump and 11-foot-4 in the broad jump. Those marks all ranked in the top five of the cornerback position. Moreau then impressed NFL decisions makers during position drills, further improving his draft stock. Moreau is the second PAC 12 cornerback to be injured during pro day workouts. On March 11 top rated cornerback Sidney Jones tore his Achilles tendon during a simple pedal and turn drill. Jones underwent successful surgery earlier this week to repair the injury. http://draftanalyst.com/fabian-moreau-torn-pectoral-muscle-pro-day
ATX Jetsfan
Damn. Liked this guys potential. Him and Jones. The deep CB group is getting thinned out. I wouldn't even get out of bed if i were any of the other DBs.
Adoni Beast
Could potentially drop him to early 3rd, where I'd love it if we picked him.

Jets might be able to draft him & Jones, lol. We're in no hurry to compete, imagine the value if both dropped to us in the 3rd if we trade Sheldon & have 3 picks. OJ Howard-Dalvin Cook- Fabian Moreau- Sidney Jones-Ethan Pocic That would be a great start to 2017 going into 2018! Bring in your top UDFA safeties. thadude
I'd only consider him as a mid to late round pick. He's a poor man's Cromartie as his ceiling
