R44
With Reggie Bush and Brian Calhoun declaring today, DD.com's top 5 junior RB's are headed to the NFL -- R.Bush, White, Maroney, Calhoun and Drew. Bush, White, Maroney, Calhoun and DeAngenlo Williams, a senior, all expect to go in round 1..... Plus, don't be surprised if a Jerious Norwood or Joseph Addai (maybe even Gerald Riggs Jr., if healthy) makes a move up into the 2nd or early 3rd round in the post season. Point? I think that's why Rich C. changed his tone from the last chat. In December he predicted the Jets would go with a RB in round 1....Last night he switched to defense in round 1. ****** As far as the junior class, looking forward our top ranked left over is Ally Broussard of Louisiana State, who tore his his ACL in the summer, but was considered an elite prospect before that. Micheal Bush, Ken Darby, Kenny Iorns and Garrett Wolfe, among others, remain. But the next BIG NAME for draftniks will be sophomore Adrian Peterson of Oklahoma, who actually wanted to skip college and go straight to the NFL, pending the Clarrett litigation (which failed). faba
R44 good of you to pick up on that change from Cimini-depending on the next coach it is quite possibly a defensive player might be our pick at 4- I really do not have a problem with a stud defensive player - you win with good defenses- keeps you in every game
