mbn007
I don't care if he want a 2-5-4. I want a system that wins. Plain and simple.
Green DNA
Is he saying that continuity is good because it will enable us to perpetuate mediocrity. I usually like Leberfeld, but he seem like a real tool in this process with some kind of agenda that is not readily apparent.
stormshadow19
Well, it's quick to say if the Jets will go back to a 3-4 or not. They might run a balanced defense, with various fronts thrown in. It could be a 3-4, 4-3, 46, Dime, Nickle, the Cover Who, or anything. I don't think that Mangini would come in, seeing and knowing that the Jets don't have the personel to run a 3-4, and try to stick square pegs into round holes. He's supposed to be smart, right? Then, let's wait til we throw him under the bus for trying to be Mooch, ok?
SoFlaJets
Is he saying that continuity is good because it will enable us to perpetuate mediocrity. I agree DNA-I think the whole shabang gets blown up ala what Saban did last year-sign a whole bunch of players and put some beef in the middle of the lines-it won't be boring around here that's for sure. Green DNA
I'd certainly rather take a chance on a guy who may or may not be a loser than someone who is a proven loser
SoFlaJets
again Craig,I go back to what I've been saying the last 2 days-this guy knows Tom Brady-knows the Pats offensive tendencies-that can only help us.In fact we're in a better position against NE than the Dolphins under Saban who has NEVER had the experience against THE MAIN REASON(tex)why the Pats have won 3 SB's-that reason=Brady

SoFlaJets
yea I know SJ-they beat it to death down here in the papers saying how they'd go to concerts together and hang at Belly's parents house-WE though have an advantage(other than oh say a coach throwing his buddy a bone to get said pal over .500 and make him a raving success in Fin landia)with having EM and his charge work against Brady every day in TC and practice-if you don't learn something from that than you are....Mike Tice or Herman Edwards

4HCrew
I am glad that one media outlet is at least trying to provide another side to the Mangini saga. There are alot of valid points that need to be considered before you give the guy the keys to the team.
The Troll
If Bradway makes this decision because he thinks Gary Myers will like it, it
RSJ
Leberfld also fails to mention that a Jets coaching show was invented under the Parcells regime.
