The Jets defense seemed to have Brady confused all day long. The 3 first downs on the Jets last possession won the game for them. Jets WR's were pure gold today in that nasty weather. Good win! The Jets practicing in the rain this week was huge. Past regimes would have had them in the bubble sipping hot cocoa. Not Mangini. Our "sucky" Jets went into their house, coming off a loss, and not only beat their *sses handily, they had to overcome a derailing RTP call, which changed the momentum before the half. BUT I will have NO problem reminding him about this game. And often. I have said a few things all season: 1. Letting Branch go was a mistake since the Pats were so far under the cap. 2. The Jets are headed in the right direction 3. The Pats are no longer one of the top teams in football All of those things are true. What does Tx have right now? Nugent might be average but DRob and Pennington had really solid games. And the JETS won. The staff is solid and smart. Mangini has never lost when you give him 2 weeks to prepare. The Pats keep spewing these stats about how 47 different players have caught the ball. That is all well and good. Except what happens when you NEED a catch and the TE is covered?
