Pragmatic Bus Posted September 18, 2007 Share Posted September 18, 2007 There is nothing against the rules about using technology to do it, the only rule the pats broke was having the camera guy on the sidelines instead of in the booth were the teams film the game from. Thats the difference between cheating and not cheating lol The league issued a statement through spokesman Greg Aiello that said: "The rule is that no video recording devices of any kind are permitted to be in use in the coaches' booth, on the field or in the locker room during the game. Clubs have specifically been reminded in the past that the videotaping of an opponent's offense or defensive signals on the sidelines is prohibited. I believe it was in the 1st quarter, the ref called a Delay of Game penalty on #59 of the Patriots for imitating the snap count. Seriously...Patriot trolls look it up, and then shut it up.
