Brenjetsfan Posted June 16, 2005 Share Posted June 16, 2005 Dear Brenda, The New York Jets and Long Island Blood Services will host the first of two annual blood drives on the campus of Hofstra University on Monday June 20, 2004 . All eligible donors are welcome to give blood from 9:00am to 6:00pm at the Multipurpose Room in the North Campus Student Center. Free donor cholesterol testing (non-fasting) will also be provided. Jets players will be on hand to sign autographs and greet donors. The following times and players are subject to change: 11:00am - 1:00pm: Mike Nugent, Ben Graham 12:30pm - 2:00pm Derek Pagel, Alan Harper 1:00pm - 2:00pm Erik Coleman, Trevor Johnson Also, included are Jets giveaways and raffles. The following criteria must be met to give blood: Bring valid ID and know social security number Minimum weight 110 lbs. Age 17 - 76 Eat well (low fat) & drink fluids No tattoos for past 12 months For directions and further information call 516-463-6600.
