I am not a big fan of the ban and then reinstatement. If someone needs to be banned why bring them back. The timeout system is not all its cracked up to be. At any rate I hope this means that you will be posting more here. I love Herm but TomShane hates him. So you are probably safe. If I banned you Tom would just reinstate you!
