Directions

From North Jersey: George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway east, to Cross Island Parkway south to Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway, Exit 31-A. Continue south on Meadowbrook to Exit M-4 (Hempstead Turnpike). Go west on Hempstead Turnpike (Fulton Avenue) three lights, turn right into Hofstra's North Campus entrance. Parking lots are located left and right after the second stop sign.

Tickets: Admission and parking is free.

General practice times: Morning practices 8:45 to 10:30, afternoon practices 3:30 to 5, most days. No practices on Aug. 7, 12, 13, 19, 20. Times, dates subject to change.
