TaborJet
Better late than never. Is Big Stein OK? He didn't look well out there. The bleacher creatures acknoweledge the AL starters, and the bonehead announcers didn't mention it. The boo-birds did their job well with the Boston players. I recall the '99 game, and Boston was no better.

MasonJet
you sound like a yankee fan with your ignorance! Not really. The NL is a bastion of mediocrity, I know the good players but I certainly don't feel like I need to pay too much attention to the AAAA league. 124
The National League is in this game? I'm tired of hearing about the HR and Batting Average from 3-5 in the NL Lineup. Pitching and Base Running wins Championships and clearly the AL has the NL on both of those, ESPECIALLY once we get into the 7th inning. If the AL has the lead going into the 7th, its over. Time to turn the game off and go to bed and wake up for three quick outs by Mo in the 9th.

Welcome to Baseball 101. If Navarro doesn't throw the ball into CF the run doesn't score. That is why it is an unearned run. And that was a very weak single. Oh and if it wasn't for a Red Sox player, the game wouldn't have even been tied. Take off the Yankee blinders.
