actually the reporter said the jets staff was notified earlier that this was happening, so if schotty was gonna leave you would think he would tell the jets right away.

he is under contract anyways. unless he wants to go home and coach himself, he doesn't really have the choice to leave and go coach elsewhere.

They already have him up as Jets coach on wikipedia.
