Hall accepted a six-year $54 million deal that included $22.5 million in guarantees. The payout of the deal includes $30 million over the first three years. His agents -- Alvin Keels and Joel Segal -- were ready to explore the free agent market, but the Redskins stepped up and made an offer valued at $9 million per year.
