The Troll
So nice to see him sitting on the sideline while he watches CuMar the washed up piece of sh*t rumble for 3 yards a carry all day long. I loved the half-time adjustments by Herm and Heimerdinger. With awesome coaches like these, we should be able to keep the Dolphins game next week in single digits! Maxman
I can't blame Donnie. He got things under control before the half. Dinger needs to have catching practice with his wideouts. Accuracy practice with Chad. Blocking practice with the line. Other than that they are all set.
Alk
In all honesty, if you're looking for an answer to replace Martin, it's not Blaylock. He's nothing more than a 3rd. down back and evidentally, Heimerdinker just doesn't know what to do with a 3rd. down back.

The O-line sucks! I said kidding last year that my 63 Vette ran great right before it blew up and maybe Cumar will in 05..Hmmm...It would have been nice to see Blaylock in the game in the first quarter to see if he would have the same problem.. Matt39
If todays any indication of how Martin will be this year(and im convinced it is) you might as well run Houston. See if the kid can be a starter in the league and hope he turns out well. Luckily for Curtis, Herm's a moron. Curtis absolutely killed us in big spots last season and it looks like he could kill us every game this year.

The Troll
Larry Johnson kicked our ass. But how can you make observations about a guy that didn't even touch the ball? BTW, your point is irrelevant in the first place because it isn't as if we had a choice between Johnson and Blaylock. Only one of them was a free agent. nj meadowlands
Blaylock is tiny. I do not count on him being Curtis Martin's successor because, as was said in this thread, he will not be anything more than a third down back for us. My point about Larry Johnson was matter of fact. Obviously we weren't gonna get him, chief.

There was absolutely no excuse for that other than the stubborness of our "head coach".
touchdownjets
We gave away our future running back, and the guy that would have scored some TD's in the redzone today. Now we are stuck with a great future hall of famer, who has lost his spring and quickness, and needed to share 50-50 this year with Lamont. This is the coach and admin's fault. From Chad to the Defensive implosion in 2003, Herm has always waited too long to push a veteran out the door.
