Smizzy
Hey, he's better than Bollinger. Sad, but true.... Im willing to roll the dice...atleast I know if the pocket folds Bollywood can run like a chicken with his head cut off. Vinny T will just throw it to a DB. RSJ
sherry, and who would protect him? And BTW, you would still have Hermy as the HC. Very True.

vanDoug
It's doubtful that TEN would part with Volek...He's being groomed to succeed McNair...And they need him in case the gutsy McNair goes down the way the jets QB's have suddenly...If the situation gets any worse there are plenty of young guys out there that you could plug in but noone who could come in and win ballgames for you. If this Eakin fella knows the system he sounds like your best bet. Yeah, you're right. McNair always seems to have some sort of injury. Volek's going nowhere. But who's their No. 3 guy? Was he with Dinger last year? d
lawngnome o-line
Eakin was the #4 qb throughout camp this year and played in nfl europe last year through the jets. He currently is in the CFL.
Sperm Edwards
Well then how about O'Donnell? He played all those years for Heimerdinger also. At least you know he can throw a football 10 yards.
Matt39
Well then how about O'Donnell? He played all those years for Heimerdinger also. At least you know he can throw a football 10 yards. Can we do that? Honestly. On principle alone...I dont know if I want to see him in a Jets uniform again.

NJ
It's doubtful that TEN would part with Volek...He's being groomed to succeed McNair...And they need him in case the gutsy McNair goes down the way the jets QB's have suddenly 3 years worth of #1's won't bring Volek. Atlanta courted him bigtime and and the Titans pony'd up the money to keep him. McNair is a warrior but he's also 1 good hit from IR/retirement and Billy V. is a proven step right in guy. This is going to be real interesting. There's certainly guys out there who can throw and can throw from the shotgun. We better not take a ground game attitude. We have a highly capable recieving group with TE's and Backs who can catch the ball and get some YAC. Dinger is taking some heat, some deserved, some not. One thing is certain - he knows how to design plays for a vertical passing game. We just haven't seen them executed yet. Give Bolly a good shot at this. It was only one game - but his 12 yards per completion looked good given the small test sample. He moved the chains.
Bugg
Mcnabb has a hernia as per Jay Glazer. McMahon stays put unless the Jets want to overpay. O'Donnell is a sportcaster in Tennessee. Doesn't figure to want to leave that job.
