lawngnome o-line
Brooks against any NFL defense might have been a challenge, but how about Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and the Baltimore Ravens...IN Baltimore. Yea, I see us 1-3, and that is hoping that we don't get anymore injuries.

Fred Jetstone
I wouldn't be surprised if Ray Lewis comes down with a mysterious, last-minute case of turf toe. A mobile QB, like Bolly, will make him look silly.
Green DNA
The Ravens will blitzing from the moment they get off the bus. If the Jets are unprepared to handle the blitz and are not actively game planning to counteract the blitz then someone needs to have their 'nads chopped off. Attn: Herm and Dinger, it will not be a surprise, get ready...WAKE UP!
Fred Jetstone
I'm going to re-post something from JC that is very important about blitzes and the toughness of Bollywood. It's importnat that you read this. Some scouts might be concerned with Brooks Bollinger's size and arm strength. But one thing nobody can question is his toughness. For the third straight summer, the Wisconsin product has taken an awful beating in preseason games. Each summer he has played behind some shaky backup offensive lines, wasn't protected vey well, and sustained some wicked hits. Against Detroit, he was the victim of two roughing-the-passer calls. Against the Giants, he was sacked by rookie defensive end Justin Tuck on consecutive plays. And the Jets don't hide the fact that part of Bollinger's role each summer, as the team's third string quarterback is to take the punishment they don't want their first two quarterbacks to sustain. After a blindside blitz wasn't picked up by the left side of the Jets line and No.2 quarterback Jay Fiedler took a wicked hit from Giants safety James Butler, Herman Edwards pulled him from the game and put in Bollinger. Here is an account of what took place on the sideline as the change was being made. "[i said to] Jay, "I've got to take you out. We're not picking this stuff up real good. You're about to get killed," Edwards recalled. "So, I went over to Brooksie and told him, "Look, I hate to put this on you", and he looked at me with that little stare, and I said, "You're going to have to protect yourself now. We won't be sending as many guys out, but we'll help you with your protection. But you have to watch yourself. It's going to get ugly." Bollinger has earned a lot of respect around Jets camp for the courage he has displayed the last three summers.
Green DNA
I'm not worried about his toughness, I'm worried about 12 yard sacks and Bollinger's specialty, fumbles.
Maxman
Jetstone has one week left of Bollywood praise! After the Ravens get ahold of him it is not going to be good!
