I mean really? It sure is starting to seem that way, and I'M SAYING THIS AS A PATRIOTS FAN.

You guys get screwed over on almost Cubsesque proportions.

It's like there's a "kick me" sign on the collective groin of Jets Nation....

I really feel sorry for you guys.

That's it. I'm serious, this is intended to be consolation even though I realize it may seem like rubbing it in.... but man....

And shove your sorry up your ass.

Seymour: You being a Red Sox fan certainly know what it feels like to be kicked in the nuts repeatedly.

It SUX !!!!!!!!

That's life though. You move on. Next guy steps in and you move on. Ravens this week and thier qb sux as well so it is going to be a defensive battle that I do think the Jets can win.

Let me just say ..and i speak for the entire Jets fansbase when I tell you...

GO F#ck YOURSELF!!!

We don't need any pity from the stinking pats or their arrogant fans!!!

SUCK IT!

I totally agree. Last thing we need is Pat fans chiming in with their foolishness.

Nothing last forever, at some point the Pats are going to suck dick so enjoy the ride while it lasts. Hopefully this week someone will separate Brady's head from his shoulders and Pat fans can focus on their team for a change!

By the way, the last time I checked we were 1-2, not 1-15. With the way our defense is playing we will be in most games and I am not prepared to give up on this season. Stranger things have happened and even if we don't make the playoffs, I expect this team to fight tooth and nail every game.

I thought no one could be taking more shots to the groin than me and my fellow Bengals fans. I stand corrected. You guy's offered words of encouragement to me last season when your Jets beat my Bengals in the opener in the Meadowlands. Now after this, I just don't know what to say...If I could send your Jets Jon Kitna right now, I would. Not sure if you'd really want him though. I'm not trying to be funny, but to steal a line from Bill Clinton, I feel your pain.

BTW hey Smiz. At least you're doing better in fantasy football.

Dude, it's hard not to love what Marv and co. are doing in Cincy. He was questioned for drafting Palmer. He was questioned for the "no-namers" he drafted in '04. He was questioned for letting go of guys like Takeo Spikes and for not being able to sign guys like Warren Sapp.

No longer.

They have so much depth on defense, their B team looks just as good as their A team. The unit is leading the NFL in turnover ratio. Odell Thurman is a star in the making, already a fixture of that young D. Madieu Williams is a stud. David Pollack, despite the inexperience, is making plays in his role. The interior line, though undersized and considered the biggest need, is holding up against the run. Cast-offs like Deltha O'Neal and Nate Webster have contributed greatly when given the opportunity. Landon Johnson led the team in tackles last year, but lost his starting job. And of course, veteran Brian Simmons has been the leader he was bred to be. Spikes and Sapp have been exposed as cancers and the Bengals are glad not to have them now.

And that's just on D.

On offense, Palmer has directed this unit towards the goal of being an explosive one admirably. Chad Johnson is, in my view, the best overall receiver in the AFC. No one can cover him, period. The offensive line is among the surdiest in the game, anchored by tackles Willie Anderson and Levi Jones. Palmer has gotten plenty of time, and when necesarry, been able to hit a plethora of other weapons besides CJ in receivers Houshmandzadeh and Chris Henry, the Johnson + Johnson RB tandem, Perry, and TE's Reggie Kelly and Matt Schobel.

What's not to like in Cincy? Your team is 3-0, and deservedly so. It will be VERY interesting when the Bengals take on the Steelers this season in what will go a long way towards determining the division winner.

Enjoy your team's success this season.
