afosomf
1)Play Bolly go 3-13 and get #1 pick in draft and choose Leinart 2) Play Vinny and squeek out 6 to 7 wins and draft in middle and get squat You all know where I'm parked, it's time to play the kids, with our schedule we should have first crack at our new savior

mbn007
BTW - I'm not sure 3-13 gets the #1 pick anyway. The Packers are a horrible team, and so are the Skins.
PatsFanTX
1)Play Bolly go 3-13 and get #1 pick in draft and choose Leinart Two things afo: 1). 3-13 will not gurantee the #1 pick. Some team will come in (Texans?) 1-15 or 2-14. 2). Even if Bolly plays the rest of the season, the Jets will win more then 3 games. It would be absolutely crazy to play Vinny over Bollinger. Give the kid a shot and see what he can do. If I remember correctly, didn't he play fairly well against Arizona last year?

shawn306
The only thing the Jets should be worried about is the Ravens this week. The question is going to be which defense steps up. We know the Ravens defense is real good. We know the Jets defense is real good. This is a winnable game. Forget about all this 3-13 crap. All I want right now is be 2-2 after Sunday. That is all we can do right now. Go week to week and see what happens. Maybe we find out Bollinger can play, maybe the running game gets going. Just because we lost Chad and Fiedler does not mean the entire season is down the drain. One game at a time.

People love saying last year we were a FG away from the Championship Game..The truth was none of those 17 points were scored by the offense! If BB can pull a Mini-Me Brady with some help from Vinny and the Defense/Special Teams who knows what the next 13 can be???
bman
we are not the 2000 Ravens.,... BUT, is our offense now (withVinny) better than the Ravens 200 offense... I think our defense can carry us...Bottom line is the Vinny led offense will be better than Chad 05 offense..

TX- you tell me what other wins jets get this year i have 1 with buff and NO, that is all Atl,CAR,TB Balt, NE2,SD,DEn and Oak all losses the texans will win at least 4 games the packers are in a weak div and should win 4 games i'm worried bout cardinals being 2-

Like I said in another thread, the key is jumping out to a quick lead and let the defense take over. Worst case scenario, is the Jets falling behind 10-14 points and Bollinger trying to play catch-up. That's just not going to work. Hermy needs to take some downfield chances early in the ballgame. If the Ravens are stacked 8 in the box the entire game, the Jets won't have 50 yards rushing. Loosen them up early, take some chances and roll the dice. relayer
All this is well and good, but it all starts on the OLine. If they continue their putrid play, Curtis will go nowhere, Bolly/Vinnie will get anihilated in the pocket and the defense will have to score every game to even have a chance at winning... D coordinators will be salivating. Every week. I'm not optimistic....
