Volek also had off-season shoulder surgery and is signed long term anyway. Stay the course. QB's will be cheaper in the off-season and Volek's agent has made it clear his client wants a trade if McNair returns next season. Fake80, Im not sure I want the Jets to get buried early, put forth a mediocre effort against bottom feeders, only to fall embarassingly short right at crunch time. The #1 pick is definitely exaggerating a bit and who knows what a Bollinger or Vinny can do. A top 10 pick for sure though, but getting Leinart would be pretty sweet if we could even afford him.
