The biggest FA loss this year is...

Mr. 16 carries for 19 yards would do even worse here. #-o

No way, more explosive, more powerful, martin needs a god damn bull dozer to open up holes, he doesn't have enough speed to hit the smaller holes anymore.

Also, Jordan is a superior reciever that could DOMINATE in the screen passing game with YAC.

The cap room that Martin and Penngington are chewing up between them when one's hurt and the other sucks has finally killed this team. You can't pay good OTs, so you're stuck with Jones and Fabini.Couldn't give Jordan a good contract.

It looked good when they did it, but there really isn't any point to trading for Doug Jolley.

And remember-Testaverde counts this year as $4 million on the cap, so it's awfully generous of him to show up.

All 3 idiot contracts-Testaverde, Pennington and Martin-were given out by this regime.

McKenzie was and is still an average right tackle, we could not have signed him to that deal. Next year we are projected to be way over the cap, and if we had signed McKenzie we would be in even worse shape.

Jordan never got any carries, so what really did we lose? We lost potential, yes. And a very good talent. But he never did anything for us.

Ferguson was a good Dtackle, but see the KMac contract situation.

The FO made the right decisions in not resigning all the players that were not resigned.

But they did a very poor job filling in depth at those positions, aside from RB with Blaylock signing and drafting Houston.

Santana Moss is not better than Coles. Not even close. Nobody here will be wanting Moss back on the team when his hammy gets strained again and he misses 5 games.

Kudos Barton. Even though you are one of the youngest posters on here, at least you are thinking logically as opposed to the knee-jerk reaction types. It did not make sense to keep any of the above players. It would have made sense to replace them with adequate players however and that failure falls on Bradway. Bradway (and Tannenbaum) also put us in cap hell from which it will be tough to recover.
