Brooks Bollinger = Waste of Flesh

Brooksie need's his WR's, TE's, FB to catch the ball and he needs his line to block.

Brooksie did very well for being a #3 guy, making his 1st NFL start behind that sorry excuse for an Oline and 4 drops by the "hands specialits"

i thought bollywood played pretty well given the circumstances. why the jets never used the shotgun, threw on 1st down, and kept running the same failing play is beyond me. brooks made passes chad could not make this year so i don't put any blame on his shoulders. ALL blame goes to herm for that game, absolutely pathetic. the man has no balls.

What throws did he make exactly? Those sideline throwns (at least 5 or 6) would have been 10 feet over Shaq's head.

how about the ball he put on mccairens hands with plenty of room to run? if mccairens hauls that in and the jets score 1st and goal from the 1 - maybe the game turns out differently and we are all on the bollywood bus.

he was throwing 3rd and long the entire game, he never had a chance at play-action and never had a chance 2nd and short. if memory serves me pennington wasn't exactly money on long out patterns either.

Chad would not have hit those passes either, I agree. I just don't see anything in Bollinger that would give me any optimism. I think he if he is QB the rest of the year, we'll be lucky to win 2 more games. The D will be good enough to keep us in every game, but a couple of sustained drives would be nice to keep them off the field for more than 3 minutes at a time(Herm and Dinger certainly share the blame for this)
