Seriously-the advisory last night was the LIE to the MIdtown tunnel and then accross 34th or 42nd Street to the Lincoln Tunnel should be fine. But that local streets in that part of Queens near the 59th St. bridge would be a mess. Other routes-Gowanus to Battery Tunnel up West Side Highway to the Lincoln Tunnel;Cross Bronx to GWB.
