No. Filming something that 70,000 people can see in the Stadium is not "cheating" Cheating is what the Broncos did in the late '90's when they paid players under the table and circumvented the salary cap. Hilarious, Goodell destroyed hundreds of tapes, fined them a half million dollars and took away a #1 draft pick for no reason. 70,000 people could also take steroids, guess what it's still CHEATING.
