Ugly wins are far better than pretty losses. This very same thing happened last year as people kept clamoring for QBs that were losing games with the Jets while ragging on the one QB that won games with the Jets. If possible tell me how the Jets carried ZW, but not Joe F or Mike W.

I didn't say fire either. I said "Woody won't make that move" while referring to your words. We both know a parting of ways (one way or the other) was what was meant. Having said that, by not extending them you're simply firing them passively as opposed to actively. It isn't as if the HC and GM positions are being downsized.

Neither are going anywhere. Woody won't make that move, and there is no point to doing so currently. The Jets roster is far better than prior to JD taking over. RS has the players backing him, they play hard for him, and he doesn't embarrass the team in the media.
