I don’t know how to paste the information on Roto World which support his statistics from 4 of the last 5 . And I don’t think that he would cost much. He was in the final year of a 2 yr/ 16 million dollar contract. I watched him when at Jacksonville and also twice last year and saw a player who makes solid tackles in open space. He played for this Jaguars when Saleh and Urlbrich are there, since they have familiarity with him and we never LBs. I thought that the Steelers didn’t have to overpay when they traded for him. NFL Now show is reporting that the stumbling block was because Houston signed the 37th pick ,Safety Petrie , to a 4 year contract with the first 3 years fully guaranteed. He was a Terrible signing. Good riddance to a lazy , ineffective , and ROTEN offensive lineman. This should send a clear message to any Jet players to be accountable for your own POOR Play . Just a to say thanks for putting the 2 minute highlight tape together. I knew him from my studying/preparation with my fantasy football addiction. You can see that he has an ability to shed blocks and tackle. And, he tackles in open spaces, by himself. I was home that the Jets would consider him before he signed with the Saint’s. He has had some injuries, like more players would. No sure about his blitzing ability or coverage skills. But, signing him reduces the temptation of over drafting a rookie LB early. He does have familiarity when our defensive system and terminology. I hope that we sign him rather than wait until after the draft when some other team does.
