Eh, in August I had some pull out of gas station and make a left hand turn.. right into my driver side. Low speed, but entire driver side had to be replaced on my car. They started to drive off and I peeled rubber and chased them (dumb, yes).. they pulled over pretty quickly.. waited for me to get out of the car and start walking towards them then drove away. I called the cops, they told me to stay where I was.. I waited almost an hour and drove home. They showed up like 6 hours later at my house. Took my report.. I told them where it was and that there were gas stations on each side of the street with security cameras. I had already called them both and they said they would have footage of the street, but that law enforcement would have to contact them for it. Cop told me he was just there to take the report and he'd put it in there. I followed up the next week and was basically told that they weren't even going to try to get the footage. Instead, my insurance had to cover it and my rates went up. Texas is apparently no better than Canada in this regard.

Yes, his 2024 cap hit is about ~21.8 million and the Bills have ~35 in space (spotrac). There's no way I see the Bengals sending Higgins to the Bills though.
