There could be a political reason to let this play out over the next couple weeks. RFK's ticket likely hurts one of the legit nominees. The Jets owner and Arod may not like that nominee. Even if Arod isn't RFK's choice (no way imo)... this is still getting RFK talked about. Which is great in this case. Good or bad, the more people thinking of RFK, the better for them. It doesn't take much for a 3rd party option to flip things. See green party in Midwestern states in 2016.
