I live in Woodbridge, VA and near this site. It's an exciting prospect, but ultimately one that the area is not prepared to support, least of which will make already painful traffic even worse. Virginia's short-sightedness lead to having reversible HOT lanes to manage carry traffic along part of i95, and although it helps, it was never enough and not the right solution. I would offer 1.2 and 1.23, and Darnold, nothing more. Watson can veto any trade. If you are Houston, do you get something for him or do you get nothing and a guy who might decide not to suit up and play? If he holds out, eventually he'll run out his contract or Houston will cut their losses. The point is, there's no good reason to think we (or any team) has to come up with a fair trade offer in this scenario.

So they cut Bell and now the running backs get targeted more in the passing game.
