New uniforms will not fix this franchise! Only a new owner who loves football, wants to win SB's, only searches for the best GM, Coaches and executives to run a winning franchise can fix this mess!

I never liked the signing of Rodgers and hated it more as they brought in his Packer buddies. The hiring of Hackett really pissed me off. Hackett's game plans and play calling sucked. No change from week to week. A Pop Warner coach could out coach him. Plus he never adjusted during games. Woody is a poor owner who knows nothing about football and should sell the team ASAP! May-be he should give the franchise to Rodgers and Hackett. Then I can stop rooting for this awful franchise. If you think the Jets are a playoff team next year you're dreaming. This franchise is now 15 to 20 years from being a great franchise unless Woody is still alive and owns this team.

Either Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Mr. McGoo, Yosemite Sam, or Porky Pig. It will be a Looney Tunes character probably one we never heard of. I prefer Bugs. But Woody will f it up.

I've been a Jets fan all my life, I'm use to the disappointment, by the time they get it right I'll be pushing up daisies. Next year might be a little bit better, but I have my doubts. Don't get your hopes up because there is no light in this abyss.

If Rodgers is cleared to play he should finish the season! I kept hearing if Rodgers was playing the Hacketts offense would be scoring points, that Zach is the reason for our bad offense. I'm not defending Zach, I just want to know how much better the offense would do with Rodgers under center with the same O line before next season. Let's see how much better he makes Hacketts system and play calling. I think we are entitled to a three game preview before next season.

I agree with you. Woody is the real problem. I was against bringing in Rodgers not because of his talent but because of his age. It's a crap shoot signing a 39 year old QB because his body is still 39 years old and with a sieve O line it compounds the situation. Also bringing in all his buddies and Hackett as OC was a formula for disaster. Hackett may be good for Rodgers but his play calling and game plans suck. He can't make adjustments at half time let alone on the fly. The Jets need to fire Hackett, Sala, and JD. Plus Woody has to sell or the Jets will continue to be a laughing stock year after year after year. If this staff is back next year and Rodgers survives the season you're looking at 8-8 at best. Sad.

You should be a sports writer. The reason I said if he gets cut I hope he shines and becomes a great QB is he has taken more abuse from the fans, sports talk radio and the NY media than any Jets player in the history of the Jets. Put yourself in his place if you a number 2 pick and didn't live up to expectations and everyone turned on you. I bet you would s--t your pants and have a nervous breakdown. Guys like you talk big because you know you'll never have to endure what he and other athletes who fail put up with from the media and fans like you. I rooted for Darnold, and every QB since Namath to be our next franchise QB. I never hated them and called them the names Zach has been called. They are people like you and I, have families like you and I. They may have not made the grade on the football field but they deserve respect. I wish them all luck and great lives even if they failed in the pros. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
