What a day. Flew in to PHx with my 4 year old yesterday afternoon, enjoyed the pregame fan experience, went to the game and watched surrounded by a healthy mix of UConn and Purdue fans. Unbelievable experience for both of us.

Right, so with that going away, there's really no draw for the NFLN anymore (for me).

I have no idea what to think or forecast about them selling out to espn. On one hand, espn is generally pretty ******* awful with all their fake drama and argumentative TV, but on the few occasions that they actually want to produce quality content, they're very good at it. GMFB with Kyle Brant, Peter Schrager, Jamie Eardahl and Jason Mccourty was very good; sometimes great; this past August to February. If nothing else, they're all clearly diehard football fans with great recall, so just having them talk knowledgeable football was good to have on TV. Other than that, there really was no draw to NFLN for me.

Yea. Putting aside the nonsense of comping anyone to a Mt. Rushmore QB, this is where it went off the rails for me.

Man - we need to go sign Simmons, and we need to go all offense the first 4 rounds. I want one of the top 3 WRs at #10 and I want OL depth after that.

I'm old enough to remember the 2020 draft when we traded down 11 spots in round 2 to acquire an additional 3rd round pick and still got our guy Denzel Mims who was the best WR prospect in the draft! Then, we traded down that newly acquired third round pick for two 4th round picks and picked up James Morgan and Cameron Clark! Dream scenario unlocked!

My family and all my friends are alll moonlighting (pun intended) as Wolfpack this weekend for both the boys and girls. Hope to see you in the final for both!

30-0 run to start the second half. Wow. If we win Saturday, I’m taking my 4 year old to Phoenix on Monday for the championship. He might be more obsessed with UConn at this point than me. He knows every player, their number, and their nickname. Late in the second half tonight, our backup true freshman forward hit a 3, and he yells out “STEWIEEEE!!”. I didn’t know he even knew who that was!

Btw you won’t find me in those threads defending either side, but this is the second time you’ve shrugged those shoulders and implied that legitimate newsworthy journalism doesn’t matter re: the jets because the team is ****tarded. The two are not mutually exclusive.
