Duane Brown is active? Isn't that unexpected?

Whatever happened to "well you'll make more in endorsements in NY"? Are all the endorsement deals national now, so the city / state doesn't matter?

I agree with what most people are saying. Once the Eagles have it on their 25, given the choice between 1. Jets up 6, 1:40 to go, Eagles have 2 TOs 2. Jets up 1, :45 or :50 to go, Eagles have no TOs I *much* prefer (1). Time isn't really the issue in either case. It's a question of the D needing a stop. And as someone pointed out, 1 PI call and the eagles are in FG range, but a TD is tough...

I mean, no one needs to work a day in their life, if they're willing to sleep on a mattress they found and drive their mom's car.

Based just on salary, I'd guess the plan is for McGovern to be backing up all 3 IOL positions. (Obviously subject to how everyone looks in training camp.) But if I had to place a bet now - that would be my bet.

Can either of Tippman or McGovern play G if they need to / someone gets hurt?

Not sure I get the point of this thread. I watched the game, looking at his stats is adding insult to injury. It's like if I vomited, and then someone says "LOOK AT IT!!! LOOK AT WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!!" At the same time, if some people are hopeful about Zach - god bless 'em. Who are you to rain on their parade? It's like "There's a Jets fan that's happy! Let me tell them what's really going on."

Well, think how much worse White's ribs would be if it was the old days, and they could have driven him into the ground. Both hits were (new age) legal - they didn't land on him. And so he's playing this week.

Yeah, maybe, though they'd have to wait for the *slowest* lineman to get there, and line up. It would have been exciting to watch, lol. A relay race of the big uglies.

"Lucky" seems like a weird choice of words. I would point out though that even if he caught it, he would have been tackled inbounds. What was there, 22 seconds on the clock? How long would it have taken the entire team to go 80 yards down the field? There's a chance they couldn't have even gotten a play off, but even if they did, it would have been a spike and a field goal.
