  1. This is how legends are made We’ll find out how Sauce stacks with the best of all time, I think he’s up for it.
  2. Core ST guy, nice to keep him after losing Hardee to the Browns. I haven't seem him cover well but he makes the interception when it's available. His angles were god awful his first few years, don't see him ever starting but you need your #4 safety to be a ST rock so happy he's back.
  3. Easy for you to say, your Dad didn’t throw his Tab into your ColecoVision after the Gastineau roughing… a little gratuitous with the nostalgia, but the point is I’d never heard the old man cuss like that before. My first games had chants of “Joe Must Go” - some great players but always ending in heartbreak and embarrassment.
  4. All I remember is pain when the Jets last wore this logo - the 80's and 90's were mostly terrible. I remember feeling fresh and clean when Parcells came in and swept this logo out. I was relieved because it felt like a clean break from the past. I think the logo looks cool but I still associate with the bad old days.
  5. Smokescreens probably. He's got the size, RAS, bloodlines, pedigree-close to a lock. MHJ then Alt for me. Feels like we’re going to pass on Olu and I’m worried that may be a mistake in the longterm.
  6. Had a nose for the ball last year, good on ST, prior to that was a big disappointment as a high 3rd round pick- I believed the hype that he fell out of first round consideration due to the pandemic stuff.
  7. Can’t believe anything this time of year one of these QB’s will fall to the 3rd round
  8. The Huff swap is weird but we are a way better team with Reddick on it - he’s a STUD
  9. And with the Huff money the Jets rebuilt 3/5 of the offensive line - all upgrades (…even if injured)
  10. Not a mauler but I don't know if that represents his love for the game or not. I know he was a Captain at Penn State and stayed an extra year at school even though he could've been a top 15 pick last year (wouldn't have gotten by the Jets that's for sure)
  11. That'd be my pick. Wrong or right, I still think beyond 2024. LT is the 2nd most important position on the field. They almost never come up in FA unless they're old/injured (Tyron - whom I'm thrilled to have) overall great mock by Tanny- like the picks outside of usual ones I’m seeing
  12. Without renting Tyron for a year, Olu would be a slam dunk pick. Obviously we’re win now but I have a hard time passing on a pure LT prospect with elite upside without a longterm replacement. I get 2024 but Olu could be a cornerstone for a long time at the 2nd most important position. I’ve seen comps to Brick and it kinda fits.
