    • 80% of all WRs are or will be diva assholes after a few years.   If you are looking for a choir boy WR you will miss out.
    • I think drafting a player in the top 10 is a statement pick that sends a signal to the rest of the team. This is why I was so high on Sauce over Kayvon in the '22 draft. I do hope Nabers goes before us so we don't need to deal with the question but if he's there at 10, I would be surprised of we passed on him.  Nabers vs Fautanu is an interesting though experiment
    • IF (and yes, that's capitalized) the free agents the Jets have signed perform to expectations, with no major injuries, the 2024 draft class probably won't play a huge role in how the Jets do in 2024.  It's a good lineup on paper, if Aaron Rodgers, Mike Williams and the two new tackles play a high majority of the games. If the Jets add a playmaker (Bowers or one of the top rated WRs), there's some potential upside, as those players could chip in meaningful offense as rookies.  I don't think there is any other way the season gets impacted. With adequate time for Rodgers to throw, I also believe Alan Lazard is will return to his GB form and turn in the kind of year we expected last year, and the 1-2-3 WRs will be solid. Yes, I added huge caveats.  The Jets injury issues were epic last year.  I don't believe we'll have a repeat.
