The other note I’d add is that even the Bears last year brought in Foles. Darnold’s been worse than Trubisky, so if the Jets really wanted to run it back with him, you’d think they would sign a veteran QB to compete. Even Trubisky himself! So yes, a QB at 2 seems like a lock.
