The Jets had Tevin Coleman on a one-year, $1.1M deal last year and surely aren't paying much more this time around. He didn't do much last year (356 rushing yards, 11 catches) in 11 games and he's 29, but Jets still believe he has value and ability as a No 2 or even 3 RB.
