Your coach brought in noted locker room cancers Lesean McCoy, Percy Harvin and Richie Incognito, but it's the All Pro DE who has been your best player from the second he walked in the door that sabotaged your entire team?10 points

At this point, the JETS have improved and it was a fun season. Let's win the next 2. Whatever happens from there is not in our control.10 points

Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been suspended one game by the NFL for his actions in Sunday's 38-35 loss to the Carolina Panthers at MetLife Stadium.5 points

Beckham has been an ass since coming into the league, yesterday was just a culmination of all the enabling and butt kissing he's received. Beckham is a perfect example of what the "sports society" worships, highlights and stats NOT WINS. He's done nothing but lose since coming into the league, but that's alright "look at that one handed catch". What garbage!!! On top of that Coughlin's inaction highlighted what the Giants have done as a "classy organization" forever. They'll excuse ANY behavior for the sake of winning, they've been doing it since Lawrence Taylor and it was exposed on TV yesterday. All I know is Bowles benched Wilkerson for a quarter just for being late to a meeting in a must win game. Just saying5 points

They're two separate issues. Rex took a team that was 9-7, added a legit QB and a stud RB, and, inconceivably, made them worse in just about every way. He not only learned nothing from his six years of turning the Jets into a smoldering crater, he apparently thinks the problem is he wasn't given the freedom to be more stupid. His team is fundamentally unsound, laughably undisciplined, and softer than a used kleenex, and as they sunk deeper and deeper, he's made every excuse in the book, from officiating to injuries to headset malfunctions. He's revealed himself once and for all to be a buffoon, a charlatan, and a coward, and Buffalo fans, media, and even players are all scheming ways to get him out of town the minute the clock strikes triple zero on Week 17. If we hit the aforementioned zeroes with the Bills on top, Rex will spend the offseason crowing about how the Bills were the best 7-9 team in NFL history and laud new GM Jeff Weeks for his personnel acumen. If that's how it shakes out, I'll be pissed at the Jets, but nothing about that result will change the fact that one of our division rivals is a tire fire. Don't cross the streams and you can be as happy as I am.5 points

An impressive GM body count Rex has going on here. I wonder if he uses their corpses as sandbags?5 points
-
in fairness to Marone he won in Buffalo last season, with a less effective QB, had the leagues 3rd best defense, without McCoy and his players were happy and Buffalo fans thought they won the lottery when they hired Rex. Marone was a better coach than Rex this year. Cut and dry.5 points

There are two things that will get a coach fired: 1. Losing the team. 2. Losing the fans. Check. Check. SAR I5 points

Odouche Beckham is a punk and a thug. He got exposed yesterday. The Giants are now the circus in town and TC may have lost his job yesterday. That cheap shop spearing should get him a 4 game suspension, a poke in the eye got a guy 1 game. This was much worse. No excuse. First the first time in years I agree with Francessa Enjoy the bullseye on your back 13. you earned it!4 points

Odell 'cheap shot' Beckham has to be the most hated player in the league. Or he will be soon enough. His petulant behavior is unlike anything i have seen from other players. And this was noticeable well before yesterday's incident. Earlier in the year, he was throwing punches at Gilmore and Duke Williams in Buffalo. He constantly whines to the refs after every play. Stephone Gilmore said it best: “I don’t know what’s up with him," Gilmore said. "He acts like nobody’s supposed to hit him and you’re supposed to let him catch the ball. He’s weird. He gets mad when you play physical with him. He’s weird. “He’s different. It’s kind of like you’re playing your little brother and he gets mad at you for being too physical with him — throwing a tantrum. I’m like, ‘Man, we’re playing football. It’s a physical game. ... He’s a prima donna. He feels like he’s on top of the world and nobody’s supposed to do anything to him." He'll spend the rest of his career making circus catches in losses for sh*tty 6-10 Giants teams.4 points

If you are afraid to pull an out of control player who is actively trying to seriously hurt an opposing player multiple times because you are trying to win a football game, then you are a terrible head coach and a terrible human being.4 points

The Rex Effect on the Bills defense: Yards per game: 2014 4th, 2015 21st Pts/game: 2014 4th, 2015 17th Pass Def: 2014 3rd, 2015 23rd Run Def: 2014 11th, 2015 15th Sacks: 2014 1st, 2015 30th Turnovers: 2014 30 takeaways, 2015 20 takeaways. Good thing Rex berated that scrub Schwartz for his under performing defense.4 points

Disagree. When one of your players INTENTIONALLY tries to literally kill an opponent, it stops being a game. That was attempted murder. If the NFL does not let the refs eject him, then it is on the coach to sit him. As mentioned here, Wilk sat for a qtr for being late to a meeting. That is accountability. Stay classy, Giants.4 points

If he was a Jet, he would've been ejected instantly, tired of the special treatment certain organizations and players get.4 points

I'm really enjoying the Emily Post School Of Passive-Aggressive Rex Defense. It's not a hinary proposition, since humans can enjoy more than one thing at once. For example, I like tacos and Scorsese movies. Hell of a world.4 points

Pathetic how so called "Jets fans" are paying attention to a division rival vying for the same playoff spot as us. Grow up guys4 points

I am usually not vindictive, I usually don't root for another team to fail, I usually just concern myself with the Jets outlook and that's that. But I will be doing the happy-dog dance if we go up there and crush Buffalo and get Rex fired that night. That would be delightful. That would be justice. SAR I4 points

They're 1-4 since the Jet game....That was Rex's Super Bowl. He won the only game he really cared about. Another reason to point out why he's such a bad coach.4 points
-
That's five straight .500 or below seasons for Rex, btw. 32-46 in that stretch. Just wait until the Bills get some of his guys in there though.4 points
-
Definitely. But in Ryan's case, he's figured out how to play the head coaching system as well as Revis figured out how to play the free agent system. Turns out if you make a huge splash and become a dominant media personality in a decent sized market it can 1) buy you 3 years you don't deserve in your current job and 2) guarantees you'll get a crack at a second job in a smaller market. The performance on the field never mattered, that's why we were so bad at it. All that mattered were humorous press conferences in funny costumes, feeding the social media engine, selling tickets on Sunday's, making headlines on Monday's. The tragedy for Buffalo fans is that this was all spelled out for them and they fell hard for it anyway. SAR I3 points

gotta admit. I feel great listening to Mike rip the Giants to shreds. Long time coming3 points

"You saw the game, and you're trying to switch personnel as they're coming out of the huddle," Williams said after the game. "I don't know who in the world is calling, saying what personnel they're in or whatever, or how is that confusing. But apparently it is. "My mindset is, if you're an attack defense, you don't let anything else dictate what you do. We're gonna put who we're gonna put out there, and then we're gonna execute and make plays with the guys out there. I don't care -- I don't need to wait on you to make a decision. And whoever seems to be missing personnel, so that we're actually trying to switch. So we're trying to switch men. It's not like we're trying to switch plays. We're trying to switch men as they're coming out of the huddle. "That's happened a few times in 10 years with me. A few times. That's 10 years. But like you said, game in, game out, I don't know how in the world that keeps happening." Wow. Not sure I've ever seen a player call out a coach like that.3 points

OBJ is a punk! I never saw a player go out of his way to physically hurt and possibly end the career of another player like OBJ did yesterday. Jawing and pushing one another happens in all sports but to attempt to punch an opposing player while running pass routes is way over the limit, then to try and spear him in the head with your helmet after the play, to me that is someone with an intention to do physical harm and possibly maim someone. He should be heavily fined and suspended indefinitely. The NFL should fire those officials, and fine Coughlin. OBJ was the aggressor. Norman should be fined. When you go to extreme limits like this and try to justify it because you want to win the game and being competitive you are a total disgrace as a human being. Which is the classy organization now!3 points

As I mentioned before, we had a must win game against the "classy" Giants and we didn't have Revis. Yet Bowles benched Wilkerson for a quarter for being late to a meeting. Think about that Wilkerson didn't miss the meeting he was just late. No excuses for Coughlin he embarrassed himself3 points

WIn out and Cincy beats Denver. We get #6 seed regardless of any other games' outcome. Denver wins last wk and gets an 11-5 record, same as chiefs, Steelers and Jets if they all win out. Chiefs win the division and #3 seed. Steelers get the #5 and Broncos get #7.3 points

I am only guessing that you forgot what a superhero you made Rex out to be while he was here3 points

I was most surprised that Coughlin didn't pull him from the game. The refs were horrible in this game. Yes they called 3 flags but he should have received more including an ejection. I know they can't see everything on the field but they all knew what was happening and needed to give some more attention to the situation. How many times did they show him attempting a swipe to the head? Since last year I have thought that Beckham was similar to Steve Smith Sr. which is no problem as long as you don't do anything stupid to hurt your team. Smith is a great WR that plays with a ton of emotion. I just thought OBJ needed more time to mature and channel that energy like Smith does. Yesterday was an implosion by the Madden cover boy. He will probably get 1 game from the league but the Giants shut shut him down for the season.3 points

This league has zero concern about integrity. They let cheaters cheat and get away with it with really no substantial repercussions. Wouldnt surprise me one bit if their fixing games.3 points

Rex now has a young QB that has thrown 18 TDs and 5 INTs this season. He took over a team in Buffalo that gave up 289 points in 2014 and scored 343. This year the offense is much better, they have scored 341 points with two games to go. Oh but what's that the defense is worse? They have already given up 336 points. Rex turned a very good defense into something that isn't very good.3 points
-
I'm not really worried about that because we have the hardest schedule between Denver/KC/Pitt simply because we face the Pats. If we win out, our chances of making the playoffs is probably around 80-90 pct because there is a very small chance the other 3 teams win out. Odds are 1 will stumble along the way. If we lose to he Pats, I am cool missing out on the playoffs. We didn't take care of business. But to win out and go 11-5 and NOT make the playoffs will hurt.3 points

If the Bills are dumb enough to fire the GM and force Rex on a new GM, after seeing how terribly that went once before, then they deserve everything they get.3 points

Well, here it comes - I'm sure every Jet fan saw this one -directly out of the Rex Ryan playbook...It's not me, it's the GM.3 points
