I don't think mortgage payments will be tax deductible forever. Changing that law would have a huge effect on housing prices.

If I had to pick between Orton and Cutler I'd pick Cutler and then stay up all night wondering if I made a mistake.
-
Folk setting the Jet record, doubt Rex will shut up about that all year.

What do you do if you're Denver
Bruce Banner replied to lancemehl's topic in New York Jets Message Board
http://www.nfl.com/videos/new-york-jets/09000d5d81b69186/RB-Tomlinson-2-yd-run-TD I watched the play several times, I think Denver tried to stop the play. Maybe people just can't accept that Slauson is good enough to blast through like that. In the clip at the end the Denver defenders are arguing with the refs. I doubt they would have done that if they were letting the Jets score. The ball gets snapped and the Denver LBers rush to the line of scrimmage. Don't see how that fits into letting them score. -
Atlanta isn't good?

My theory is that Revis didn't expect to play at all this year and didn't make a real effort to prepare himself. I think getting a last minute deal done was as much a surprise to him as to the fans following the dispute. I'm convinced that a big part of how Revis was so good last year was him viewing it as a contract year. He played lights out and then really expected to sit out a year just like unky Sean.

Rutgers DT Eric LeGrand Paralyzed from the neck down

Sad news, I hope he can make it through this. -
Unlike Mangini, the skinnier Rex gets the better he coaches. This removes by biggest fear about him.

I'm going to have to a pessimist here. In a press conference I remember hearing Westhoff talk about how much stronger and "explosive" Weatherford is then last year. First thing that went through my head was roids.

I'd like to see Lowery playing safety in place of Leonhard. I know that Leonhard had some ups and downs last year and then came up big in the playoffs but I just don't feel good with a slow small safety out there. I think opponents have realized he's the weakness and are going after him now. It would be nice to see them at least experiment with Lowery in there instead.

The first four games were supposed to be the hardest part of the schedule. Its is possible that optimism may be warranted at this juncture.

A lot depends on which Sanchez we get for the rest of the season. The Sanchez from this game and the Baltimore won't go 12-4. But the Sanchez from the other games could go 14-2.

You would have to go back to Eric Smith hitting Boldin to find a dirtier hit by a Jet player. And I think the Eric Smith hit was mostly accidental.
