Is 1:53:06 really a hold on #62 (Todd Burger) or was that a bad call? Also for those who talk sh-t about Curtis Martin for having a bad performance in this game, it was very windy and I think the Broncos overloaded the line to force the Jets to throw. (in other words, the game plan went in a different direction).
  2. Quoting myself here to post an interview at halftime of the 1998 AFC CG interview (Jets were up 3-0 on the Broncos). Check out how excited Namath is here. I really want this franchise to win one for him (for all of us too, of course) while he still can appreciate it. I think he's the #1 Jet fan of all time. Start watching at 1:39:34 if my link doesn't already start you there. (Though the quote starting at 1:40:42 is a must-watch.)

    I love Adam Gase

Nah. Parcells was a very demanding HC but you could tell he was at least human

There was never a point where I questioned whether the Tuna was be a literal psychopath though. Gase seems like he could lose control at any time.

What if our OL can't protect him though?

    BTW...Manish is a huge D-Nozzle! *merged*

Speaking of, I think it's time to take the "Chief" out of your username. (this is /s btw)

When you say "Our Lord and Savior", are you referring to Adam Gase or "SAR I"?

Matt Patricia said some of the stuff that BB said too but, ultimately, he's just a guy with a pencil in his ear.

Let's not get too carried away with Gase just yet. He seems like he's got a combustible personality, meaning the "this is going to end REALLY BADLY" potential is far greater than usual for a Jet HC.

POTW for getting both "sh*t" and "piss" into the same post.

I can't believe there are butt fumbles on a post about Manish. Don't any of you racists know what part of the body "ISH" comes out of?! /s

Am I still allowed to make the "taking the Browns to the Superbowl" joke?

Honestly, who cares. It's all just entertainment anyway.

I'm thinking "core" as in long-term key piece. I don't think Le'Veon will be here for more than 2 years.

    Some Much Needed Positivity

Our "core four" would be Sam, Jamal, Quinnen and maybe CJ Mosley.

    This one svcks but...
  20. To be fair though, Le'Veon Bell is a head case.
  21. Will NY ever get the NFL draft again? We had a stranglehold on it for years. I think Radio City had a scheduling conflict and that's why it went elsewhere. Once those floodgates were open, there was no closing them. I wonder too if there is regret that they didn't settle that conflict because the draft is gone. It would be like Dallas or Detroit passing up a Thanksgiving Day game. Also, a question to everyone: do you like that there are different cities that now get to host? I guess it provides a road trip if that's something you'd be up for doing (though I wouldn't).
