Wow, that was an absolute rocket. What an arm. Does anyone know if Mike plays Golf? If he can hit a 3iron like he wings it, I'd love to play 18 with him this summer when he comes to Cortland.

I'll take that as a compliment. The Finger Lakes region here in upstate NY, and even Cortland (as opposed to what Pac states), is about the best place you can spend a Spring/ Summer/Fall. The weather is great (although it was 7 degrees this morning), the Wineries and breweries are amazing, the GOLF is tremendous, and having the Jets the last part of July and early August is a bonus.

Yeah, right across the street, so easy access to the facility and easy walking distance to Doug's Fish Fry. Last year, at our Golf course, we got a lot of the so called "extras", like administration that accompanies the Jets, but we didn't get any players. Hope that changes this year.

The whole city of Cortland does a great job welcoming the JETS, and the Facility is first class with easy access to the training fields. The local bars and Restaurants, like Dougs Fish Fry (awesome greasy fish , and great beer), The Red Dragon, Hobeaus, The Stone Lounge, The Dark Horse, Gators etc. love having the Jets and all the Golf Courses like Walden Oaks, Willowbrook, the Cortland Country Club, Elm Tree, Stonehedges etc. will love having them back. The net gain for the city and businesses is between 3-5 million dollars. Thanks to Woody and Idzik for bringing the Jets back to the Finger Lakes region of NY in mid-summer.

Thank you, That's all I am asking. Again, I looked at it, it got about 14 responses, someone even posted a link to very informative article on Vick, and seemed to be going nicely, no attacks, and thor99 for whatever reason locked it. Again, I don't want to make the same mistake again as obviously something in that thread was amiss, since he locked it, but I cant find anything certainly any worse than many other threads.

Again, I will wait to hear from Maxman, to get a final explanation.

Please let Maxman answer as he sent the message in the thread to me. Obviously, moderators in this forum form vendettas, and I would like to know if that's the only reason it was locked. Your response seems to add evidence to this theory.

Why was my thread "Idzik had a plan, DUDE is a genious" locked. I just reread it and read the responses and they were all very legitimate, their was no personal attacks,it had no humor in it, no politics, and I was praising our GM on the great job he did and the plan he has for the JETS. Your moderator "thor99" does not like me and will lock every thread I send in YET, Sperm Edwards read it and even responded in it, Faba read it and left it, but this guy with a vendetta against me locks it. Go back and read it and please let me know specifically why it was locked, so I can avoid the same mistake and quick lock thor99.

Mike Vick was ALWAYS coming. Look at the moves he made to make sure MIKE's blindside was protected. He re-signed COLON and then got GIACOMIMI who clearly is a better Pass blocker than the JAG he let go, knowing that the RIGHT side, or Mike's blind side was going to be the most important side to protect. Also, with the way Mike runs, RUN protection is much less important as I could block for the way that dude runs. IDZIK is slowly becoming the BEST GM, the JETS have ever had, and I now know that the Jets will clearly be contenders this year, and after he fills MIKE's coffers in the draft, our offense will be one that other teams fear instead of laugh at. Todays the day we finally start rebuilding this team as after we sign MIKE VICK, we will finally have a viable QB, who is dynamic, can make plays with his feet and his arm, can make plays inside and out of the pocket. The guys love him as was seen by the comments of COLON who cant wait to block for Mike.
