  1. This is a Whitworth deja Vu. Jets could have competion here. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  2. I dunno but I just LOL thinking of some of these coaches together getting a little hot under the collar with Gase and his eyes spinning out of control in the middle of of it all. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  3. This is just another cycle for me. Other than Darnold is this team capable of getting "hold the fort" guys while drafting for the future. So more curiosity than enthusiasm. Would be cool if some QB rockets up for a haul or Bosa falls to 3. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  4. I agree. Although I don't believe Gase was their first choice it could work for Darnold if Gase is what people say he is. If he can get Darnold a good foundation in two years it's wasn't a bad gamble. Time will tell. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  5. See this reality isn't really good. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  6. Possible. These types of arrangements can work, especially with young QB's but not so sure it's the long term solution... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  7. Great info thx! Well that makes sense. In a way it's probably better they started their separate ways, may work out for the better. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  8. Ok thanks for the info. Again I was surprised the Jets didn't go after him right after the draft considering the connection with Sam... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  9. Do you happen to know if the Jets ever called him after the draft before he chose the Titans? Thx Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  10. Whitworth shouldve been signed in 2017... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  11. I was surprised he wasn't drafted late and not called by the Jets after the draft. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah I guess looking back it was a dump but I was kid going to Shea and the Mets were kings during that time so I didn't care about the building. You're right on every point you made. Nothing else needs to be stated. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  13. You're right but at the end of the day the Rams allowed the pats some runs that sealed it. The pats always seem to have these run plays set up at the freaking perfect times. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  14. I know, it's definitely lacking personality and people mocked Shea Stadium! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  15. Personally I'm not a fan of the HC making the calls on either side of the ball although it could be helpful for a young QB. In regards to the Jets, maybe Gase could set up a foundation for Darnold moving forward but eventually may not work in the long run. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  16. To be fair they did get there so McVay's hype was somewhat justified considering he's only been HC for two years. The team had talent before he got there so coaching does matter... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  17. Not really. It was missing a couple of turning points but I don't like scores totalling 60. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  18. That was an interesting game, almost like the Hawks game. These teams have experienced high level talent on their top lines which seem to give the Isles some fits at times. It's possible the Tampa game affected them, who knows. Every game I check the opposing teams offensive cycle times. This game had a few of them but seems to get less and less every game. I want to see Dal Cole on the PP. He is a sniper, put him on the lower circles for some hard shots. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  19. I don't disagree with you, it's almost sterile looking but I recall the Jets didn't want any fixed Giants stuff in the building. It is what it is but considering the cost of the building they could have maybe added some decorative wall work instead of cinder block with paint. Again I really don't care how the stadium looks and doesn't effect my experience. I just don't like it in NJ with the damn Giants. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  20. Not even running shoes. Amazing. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  21. It almost worked, not many expected McCown to play that well. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  22. Remember when Giants stadium didn't give home field advantage either? Not going to repeat the obvious. NJ Jets. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  23. “You walk into (MetLife) Stadium and have no idea the Jets/Giants play there,” a fan named Jason Abrams wrote on Twitter. “No promotion of team history, iconic players in the franchise, etc." Personally, that was the way to go rather than mix both teams history throughout the stadium with the Giants trumping the Jets. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  24. I know PP and face-offs are not good. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  25. True. Tough SO lose tonight considering the type of game played. 1 point better than nothing. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
