I'm very late to the party on this topic and I don't have any new takes as most of my thoughts on the Bowers decision have been echoed by others, but what struck me the other day is how similar in size and athleticism Bowers is to the last tight end the Jets took in the first round: Dustin Keller. Are we satisfied with a rich man's Dustin Keller at 10?

I think the league is higher on Latham than the internet experts are.

I thought this was excellent. I think may go higher than some people are expecting.

@Warfish I would not consider myself an optimist and I'm not making any predictions for the Jets to make the playoffs or win the division, but the Dolphins were a bit of a mirage last year. They beat up on bad teams (like the Jets) but only had 1 win against a team with a winning record (Dallas on Christmas Eve). Even the Jets had more wins against teams with over .500 records.
