    Do we resign him?

    - Career earnings so far $4m

    - never broke 1000 yards

    - Tyrell Williams got 4 years $44m last year

    - Robby has a thing for peanuts on ladies faces or at least that's what I got from the police report.

Great work. Always look forward to your vids

  2. Would love to add some more picks in a loaded draft in areas of need. We really couldnt ask for more. Already have the QB in place and our need is OLine and Wr which this draft is deep with. It is soooo temping to want to trade a player like Adams to add picks in hopes to replenish with young top players on offense.

The Johnson brothers are football morons.

Nice guys, compasssionate, mean well I've met them both, they just don't get it and as long as they are making money the win-loss record means nothing to them.

Fans leave the stadium all pissed off after spending a day and quite a bit of money, they leave the stadium richer than when they got there.

The NFL is a business to them.

Agree with much of what you have written. What killed it for me very early on was the way they handled Mangini/Favre and then later on Rex/Sanchez/ and Tebow. All to sell jerseys instead of staying the course and building a winning culture. Loosing the West side stadium to Dolan (and then re upping with the Giants instead of finding an alternative) was a major setback. Choosing to work for Trump over being a football owner first speaks volume of ownership's commitment to winning..

I’ve always said if you’re have a blocking only TE just use an undersized OL and teach him how to catch if he doesn’t know how already.

If Wesco doesn’t pan out ( plus Herndon and Griffin injury) it sets us back even further on offense. Let’s hope it’s not the case.

I didn’t say he was a bust I said he was complete sh*t this season. He didn’t play a lot because he wasn’t good enough he also look awful blocking on a lot of plays and didn’t catch but a few balls. I wouldn’t depend on him for the up coming season.

Ok, I can buy that somewhat. If he was not good enough, it’s one thing. Guess I’m questioning  that Gase “should” have had him out there more as opposed to he wasn’t good enough.

Helmet color is amazing .... striping needs rework imho

Just happy no Kelly green ... Hate that color so much. And I'm Irish.

I’m fine with the helmet color.

    Hate the black uniforms.

Logo is brutal. Plain, looks like a middle school student could have designed it in 5 minutes doodling.

Jets missed a golden opportunity to create an identity of their own. Off the top of my head, and I am far from any type of designer, the logo should have had the the NY symbol represented with an infused Jets fighter plane with the city skyline in the background. Instead we got the word JETS with a an infantile looking football. Brutal

Wesco is complete sh*t. He didn’t look good blocking and is a ghost in the receiving game.
As far as the draft/FA there’s not a lot to get excited about. Henry will be looking to get paid but he’s produced. Eifert is a jag and has had injuries. The rest are old or nothing special. If they could get Parkinson in the 3rd it would be great but I don’t think he’s lasting that long. Bad year to need a TE.

Wesco is complete sh*t? Curious, Why do you think this? IMO, he didn’t play enough to warrant being a total bust. Thought he made one or two relatively big plays for us against Pittsburgh (?) Buffalo (?). Was it a big block on 4th down or catch down the sidelines?  Again, I’m not saying he is great, or going to be great, just curious why you think he is total sh*t when I thought he didn’t really play much?

  8. Like so much of the Jets offense we learned little about the TE position moving forward to next season. As mentioned earlier Griffin in his 7th year with a bad injury makes him questionable next year getting the same production. Herdon, who knows, injury, maturity . Wesco was a bruising blocker who made some nice plays catching the ball at West Virginia. When we drafted him there was so much excitement that the pick was solid. Then we didn’t see him (noticeably) on the field until about week 12 or so. I can remember one or two real positive plays on offense both catching and (running the ball?)   and thought “Why hasn’t he played up until this point? .”

Along with an instinct to pick footballs out of the air, I recall McMillin had major issues with Bruce Coslet, who was one of my least liked Jets coaches.  If memory serves, McMillian wanted to "freelance" and Coslet wanted him to act as a cog in a disciplined defense... Not sure, though... I remember an article in the Bergen Record from that time where McMillin was quoted to say that Coslet was trying to wreck his career...

This doe not surprise me. Coslet was awful

Yeah, I know it has been said, but I can't reconcile myself with these new Jet uniforms.

They look totally bush league.  The all whites and the green ones have a half-finished, half-ass'ed look to them.  They really look shoddy.  The black ones look like absolute garbage.  An NFL franchise with all the resources that the Jets have and they come up with a piece of crap like that ???

F**K sake... They are painful to watch.  As if Gase's horrendous offensive scheme wasn't bad enough, now I have to stomach looking at these abominations.  And I've heard that CJ LOVES them ??? Talk about the Emperor's New Clothes...

They should go back to the legacy uniforms, or use the new green color helmet and put the 1980's Jet logo on them along with a uniform that has the same stripes as the 1980's unis.

    Anything but this diarrhea stew...

Huge missed opportunity with the logo. Looks like a middle school student could have created it doodling for ten minutes. I am far from a logo designer but how about a combination of the "NY" symbol, a Jets fighter plane and the city skyline. Instead we have the word "JETS" with an infantile football under it. Just brutal.

It's no secret we need an OT and as these mock drafts keep flying out the one thing I'm noticing is how far apart the Tier 1 OT's (Wills,Thomas and Wirfs) are from the Tier 2 OT's. Based on who's ahead of us I'd say 5 teams are in the mix for the 3 OTs (DET,CLE,NYG,JAX and ARI)  Having said that would you trade our #11 and #79 to Arizona for #8? Or the same trade to Jax but we'd receieve a later pick to get #9. Our chance at an OT greatly increases but if we somehow miss out we should have Jeudy or Lamb there as well.

I used this to make the trade

Edit- I personally wouldn't make this trade before yall start flaming me lol but I think it's a fair question given our needs and the way the OL talent in the draft is starting to come together

For a possible franchise QB it would be worth the extra pick. With the amount of players that dont live up to their high draft status I would not trade up for just about anyone. We need way too much. I would trade down if possible

I wonder if that puts a QB in play for the Panthers at #7?  Or does Rhule think he can work with Cam Newton?  Be interesting to hear his comments about Cam at the press conference

Yes, very interesting. What is Cam's health status? Thought there was speculation he was contemplating retirement because of injury

Jet fans have to be prepared for the top 3 OTs to be gone, Jeudy and Lamb to be gone and the Jets to be staring at Epenesa as the top prospect on the board at a position of need. Dude is a beast and once all is said and done I would not be completely against drafting him if we committed to addressing the offense in Rd. 2 and 3.

I don't disagree with this. Just wishing for the QB hype to be in full affect come draft and some teams trading up for a 2nd tier Qbs on the rise (if any)

This isn't a one or the other proposition. It's completely possible the Jets could end up having both in 2020.

Yes, I understand but not necessarily my point. Do you think Robby Anderson is worth 10-15 million a year when that money could be spent elsewhere? Do you think Vyncint Smith is capable of elevating his game to  Robby Anderson (and beyond) so that the Jets can spend their money at another position of need?
