Who is the Pats OC this year - Joe Judge , yes he did wonders with Danny Dimes. Like the Jets last year the Pats and all other division teams have unstability in their coaching staffs , let's see if learning new systems and adjusting to new coaches gives them any problems.
-
Why would they have wanted a competition . New HC , new coaching staff, new players, new systems. All those arguing that Zach should have sat the bench and watched a washed Vet like Flacco potentially win an extra game or two are crazy. It made 100% sense to start Zach from the start , the experience he gained last season is a great foundation for the years to come. The Pats were rolling the same offense under Beli/McDaniels and their Vet players were like coaches on the field for Mac , he was put in a much better position to succeed .

I've said it repeatedly last year and I'll say it again now. It made 100% sense to start Wilson because in essence the whole offense was learning a new offense under a new CS. They all got to grow and learn valuable experience which will be a springboard to this season. Starting a vet in this scenario made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Cade York is very good. -
I agree Pinnock looked much more natural at safety than he did at corner. This team is stacking up some nice depth as Elijah Reilly and Kai Nacua looked decent at times as well.

Agree with the premise about trading back, not sure the Jets really need another DT though. They have JFM, Rankins, Marshall, Thomas , Q, Smart , Shepherd. -
Don't forget they also have Solomon Thomas as well now.
-
It was due in part to not having a pass rushing end, and JFM having to play outside. Having Lawson and JJ now allows the Jets to employ JFM, Q, Marshall and Rankins inside exclusively. The D front will be so much better this season.

So who are we looking at for the rest of this draft?

I'd be happy with any of McBride, Ruckert, Dulcich, Kolar or Woods if they decide to use a pick on a TE , my favorite being Ruckert, -

38 Trade out for a pick in mid/late 50's and a 2022 5th plus a 2023 3rd 50-60 LB Leo Chenal/Chad Muma/Brian Asamoah 101 RB James Cook /Rachad White 111 OL Ed Ingram/CaM Jurgens -
If your buying a new car do you buy one with engine trouble because you have other cars that can be used till its fixed. No you buy a car that's in working order.

You are correct , I misread your original post skipping over the being there at 35 part .

Edge/WR/LB/OL

Disagree there . I feel Stingley, Booth and McDuffie can be just as good as Gardner. I feel Gardner's stat's are being blown out of context , no Td's against and I feel Stingley is being severely downgraded due to his prior injury and sit out. W/o the injury Stingley is a better prospect then Gardner .

I'd argue Jermaine Johnson will be the best of the lot.
