Aaron Rodgers? drafted #24 overall in 2005. Didn't PLAY and Start until 2008.

I do believe Hack should play the half of the 3rd and 4th quarter on Sunday just to

I actually saw Rodgers play as a rookie in 2005 in an actual game and again in 2007 in the game Favre got hurt in.

But then again, I'm sure Rodgers actually looked like an NFL qb in practice early on, unlike Mr. Hackenberg.

Where EXACTLY are YOU addressed in that reply? I replied to Tinstar since his post correlated to your assumption that it's "Easy" to fix the QB problem. Tints pretty much stated the "intelligence" aspect and I agreed w/his statement.

if YOU want to include yourself in that grouping of idiot NFL neophyte fans, be my guest and take offense.

So go ahead and call everyone who doesn't think a one-read qb who can't read a defense to save his life like Bryce Petty is the next Brady a neophyte.

It's all conjecture but I think Rex would have benefited by going back to being a DC under another coach. Given himself time to reflect and see another HC in action again before getting another chance as a HC.

Jumping from the Jets to the Bills gave Rex zero time to reassess how he did things IMO.

Rex is going to broadcasting.  ESPN probably already has a contract waiting for him.

THANK YOU TIN! IT's not as easy as it sounds and lots of posters here think it's a simple Madden Plug & Play.

I don't know what's worse: Goodell ruining the NFL OR the neophyte, born AFTER 1989 & when FA was FINALLY allowed in the NFL ignorant "fans" that have been ruined by Madden Video games over the past 22 years.

Wow what an intelligent post.  "I disagree with you so you must be 12 and play Madden!"

Enjoy watching Petty and Hack embarass themselves next year.  Both are horrible.

All the money they saved from D-Brick they signed McClendon and Robinson and a slew of worthless WR's and kick returners all season long.

There is a better FA class this season.  Besides Glennon and possibly even Taylor at QB there's quality starters available at positions of need for us.

What Mac needs to do is cut as much of the dead weight as possible (Fitz, Forte, Breno, Clady, Mangold, Harris, Gilchrist, Decker) to get us the cap room

there is no scenario where we should bring in Mike Glennon. for what? so we can win 6 games? we can probably do that with Geno. Is he the worst thing ever? no. he is a stop gap at best, and if the jets give him 15mil they will truly be clueless.

Well hey if we start Petty next season we can go 1-15 and then get Lamar Jackson.  Alright!

Can only do so much in the first 2 years - that's how bad this team was; never the less, Clady was levels better than anyone else playing LT; my point was about the line being bad, not about Mac, however.

Clady wasn't a horrible move we got half a season out of him and Brick retired out of nowhere when it became clear we were going to ask him to take a huge paycut.

Not the only reason, no. But the main reason for sure. The Bills average 20 yards less rushing per game than they do passing.

Because Taylor also averages about 40 yards per game rushing while his receivers were JAGs.

I did plenty of research skippy.  Are you going to tell me next that Karlos Williams is the reason Taylor had a 99.4 QBR in 2015?

Actually I'm on record as saying I would like to sign Glennon and let him battle Hack and Petty for the starting job.  I'm not 100% convinced about Taylor as a long term fix but not necessarily against it.  My fear is if his legs go is he still an effective starting QB.

Taylor can actually go through progressions though, unlike any qb currently on our roster.  I get the issue with him being a running qb but Taylor can actually still sit back and make reads unlike RG3 who became hot garbage the second his running ability deteriorated at all.

How about this the Bills want to see what EJ Manuel can do so going into the off season they could evaluate their QB situation unlike the Jets who seem reluctant to start Hackenberg to evaluate him.

Bills should be starting Cardale Jones.  Unlike Wackenberg he actually looked good in preseason.  But a 40-year old Korean Model is making their personnel decisions.
