The Giants are 1 and 5

Eli looks completely lost out there. Yes the OL is bad, but a veteran with his experience should have no problem hitting hot routes and calling audibles on the line to combat it. That team does not look like they are behind him at all. Like it feels like he has no command as a leader of the team. They are a like young team with grandpa at the helm, they just don’t seem to relate at all and you can feel that on the field. Brady is old, but his history commands respect, and he’s still relatable to his players. Eli is like Mr Rogers. You love the guy, but you’re not gonna see young guys having that comraderie with the old geek in a cardigan. Giants have weapons for sure. And Barkley opens things up for them. The Giants problems start at Eli, then OL, then D. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    OBJ not happy...again

Why is this interview shot like a scene out of Empire? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. I’m trying to remember the last player PIT trades or released that went on to be great somewhere else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. He threw a pass right into Doug Middleton’s chest in the end zone. If Middleton caught that this whole discussion changes. Sam Darnold’s first game was near perfect too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. We beat a terribly unprepared team, but we beat them the way you’re supposed to by whooping their ass. What made me happy was the youth of the team really shined and took the reigns. There’s no doubt this is the gist of the vision of Macc and Bowles team, and so far it looks good. Hopefully they continue to add complimentary pieces over time in the future instead of knee jerk “Plaxico” type moves. I think it’s also pretty clear regardless of what fans think, these players respect Bowles and the coaching staff and they are playing hard. Many may not like his demeanor or the way he speaks, but I never thought he is the guy we see when he’s in the locker room and on the field with the players. Bowles knows football, there is no doubt of that. He does need to improve on his game management. But he knows how to evaluate players and motivate them, and his vision of success overall is a good one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Henry Anderson - what a pick up

I think more so a large element thinks he has to make ALL good moves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. The problem isn’t Bowles or Macc. The problem is the fans and their expectations. The fans want playoffs immediately. They have no patience on building a franchise. They want big FA signings, big names, and all stars drafted in every round. They also loooove to come back and prove everything they were right about, in most cases especially when it’s detrimental to the team which is ironic. The truth is most of the time the fans are a bunch of idiots who think they know more. I’m one of them at times. How many people demanding Bowles was an idiot for not looking at Hack or Petty in live games? Bowles was right all along, but now the argument becomes that he should have played them specifically because they suck so we lose more. That’s the kind of stupid sh*t fans come up with. Bowles and Macc are deeply respected among players and around the league. If they’re not perfect, but other than Belicheck no one really is. Darnold is next. His first bad game and we’ll hear the mumbles he shouldn’t be starting, Rosen/Allen/Msyfield are better, he’s a bust, blah blah..... because fans are ******* stupid. 9. So Bowles took a sh*t ton of flack over not playing Petty and Hack to see what we had. I think it’s time to give him some credit, because he was right. neither one deserve to be on an NFL field Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Darron Lee is a liability. He should be a situational LB in the dime package on obvious passing downs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Chris Berman coming back to ESPN

Right? Soon to be like MTV. It’s funny, the other day I was legitimately searching my channels wondering if MTV even exists, get the feeling it will happen to ESPN in the next few years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I think we’re talking from two separate spectrums of view. I agree, Beningo should not be burned at the stake until the facts are vetted. But if what happened is true, she is already a victim. Others in this thread have posted a pic of her and said basically she’s too ugly for this to be true, in jest or seriously doesn’t much matter. That was where my original comment stemmed that you quoted she’s not a victim yet. If what she says is a lie, she deserves to be sued and criminally prosecuted. But if she’s telling the truth she became a victim the days the actions began, and she shouldn’t be shamed for her looks about it. That’s what I’m referring to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Well that’s just completely false and imbecile. If she’s telling the truth she absolutely is a victim already. The problem is you want the truth yourself before you can accept that and all the meanwhile everything about her is open season for taunting and insults. And we wonder why so many victims just stay silent and never report anything. I would expect a little more thought from a fellow Head. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is Revis a lock for first ballot HOF?

I don’t think he does other than the aforementioned point his class will be weak. He had 2 if the best seasons ever, 2 more that we’re elite, and the rest were good down to atrocious. He’s a HOFer for sure, but I don’t think he’s OVERALL top 5 CB’s ever. I think he may have had the best season or 2 as a CB ever. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
