  1. That's most certainly the way I see it. Now, if you don't like Newcastle? Fine. Nobody is requiring you to like it. There's plenty of other beers that you can get yourself in trouble with. For me, it's Newcastle all the way.
  2. We are all health conscious to a degree. But what's so asinine about beer is that beer in it's only form is a carcinogen. There's no way around that. It's also considered to be very unhealthy for those trying to watch their weight because it replaces the water in your body. Well, if people were truly so concerned about their health they would quit drinking altogether. That's the true path of rectitude. However, and hopefully I a not the only one, I already admit that I am less than perfect. I love beer. I LOVE pussy also. At least I am up front about what I love and nobody will ever need to wonder. Beer is bad for you, everyone knows it, but stop thinking you're being a more responsible person because you choose not to drink Newcastle in particular - that's stupid.
  3. Has this moron ever even come out with a movie that's worth the DVD it was printed on. He completely ignores COMMON SENSE, which is, INNOCENT PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE. He could have done that when Goodell had requested it several times yet he chose to destroy it. So, he essentially CHOSE his punishment. That's the rules into investigations involving the integrity of the league and it was ratified by CBA, the very players union Brady plays under. So Ben Affleck can shove it right up his A$$, he's just another whining Boston vagina.
  4. I'm not sure what point you are trying to make? Both teams played a 3-4 base and the first team failed miserably with a smallish type linebacker. Darron Lee has almost the identical build to Jon Vilma, both played at big time colleges with pro style schemes, and both play in a 3-4 base defense. I believe Darron Lee will ultimately be reintroduced as a Safety or the CS will switch their base to a 4-3. The latter makes the most sense. They have a plethora of talent along the DL, it would make sense to utilize a 4 man front to incorporate all of their defensive lineman. That would also play into what Darron Lee is built to play. He's the smallish, run sideline to sideline kind of player. The only thing is Todd Bowles is either too stubborn or too dumb, I'm really not sure what it is? He completely REFUSED to play a 4-3 in his first season in NY. But if he remains so rigid in his beliefs? He's going to find himself fired.
  5. Posters are also forgetting a few details. All beer is a carcinogen and any additional carginogens originally added by Newcastle Brewing has been removed. http://organics.org/8-beers-that-you-should-stop-drinking-immediately/ Many of us choose what we eat very carefully, or at least dedicate our minimum attention to it. But when it comes to drinks, especially alcoholic beverages, we do little to make the best decisions for our health. Which is a HUGE mistake. All the work for your body can be ruined in a weekend out. While foods and non alcoholic beverages are required to list their ingredients and are monitored by the FDA, beer does not belong in either. Alcohol industry had lobbied for years to avoid labeling its ingredients. Some to protect its recipes, but most – to hide harmful ingredients. Here’s some harmful ingredients that are commonly found in beer: GMO Corn Syrup GMO Corn High Fructose Corn Syrup Fish Bladder Propylene Glycol Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) Natural Flavors GMO Sugars Caramel Coloring Insect-Based Dyes Carrageenan BPA & lots more! Here are the 8 beers that are commonly found in bars in United States that you should stop drinking immediately. 1. Newcastle Brown Ale The Newcastle beer has been found to contain caramel coloring. Class 3 and 4 caramel coloring is made from ammonia, which is classified as a carcinogen. While alcohol is a carcinogen itself, drinking it in moderation may decrease your chances at developing cancer. However, more added carcinogens will have the opposite effect. “The one and only” beer with extra cancer causing qualities. Update: Great news! After a lot of pressure by all of you who read and shared the article, Heineken USA has reached out to us to let us know that caramel coloring is gone: “I’m writing you to inform that Newcastle Brown Ale has proactively removed all caramel coloring from its beer. Newcastle now receives its flavor from natural roasted malts.” It just goes to show you that companies are willing to change, especially when their money is on the line. Caramel flavoring was previously used by the company since 1927.
  6. Hey, to each his own on beer. I really don't care. My favorite is New castle and I've had just about every microbrew since they were born. You seem to forget that Maine is a thriving beer metropolis. there's another brewery that sprouts up here almost every week. Now there's a whiskey distillery going in my home town. I have had them all. I love Newcastle. For those that are complaining about additives, not one of their own suggestions is organic. They are just trying to find something to complain about because it isn't their personal favorite
  7. That pic is so nasty. WTF does this disgusting trash come from? Is that another one BB's girlfriends?
  8. If he'd won a SB in NY I would have to change my tune. However, the operative phrase in your post is "IN NEW ORLEANS". He was a wonderful player in a 4-3 base. In a 3-4, he was consistently consumed by much larger men and could never get sideline to sideline. He was ultimately traded because he simply did not fit in a 3-4 base defense. Darron Lee and Jon Vilma might as well be looking in a mirror. The similarities are endless.
  9. BS. Complete and total BS. The 2005 team had John Abraham (multiple pro bowls), Shaun Ellis (2 tie pro bowler), Sione Pouha, Dewayne Robertson, and Bryan Thomas. PLEASE pull your head out of your A$$ before you start trying to debate me.
  10. I drink all the locals as well. I go to the Funky Bow regularly. Gneiss is about 15 minutes away. I have visited just about all of the breweries in Maine. I like what they do, but I am personally not a huge fan of anything brewed in besides Gritty's Scottish.
  11. Oh, I like Guinness also, but much prefer Newcastle to the point if both are on tap, I will always go for Newcastle. If they don't have Newcastle, I always look for Smithwick's on tap also. That's another great beer. But it's only a tap beer. It tastes like sh*t if you buy it in the bottle.
  12. Newcastle could never be cut. As I said, Newcastle is DIVINE...
  13. Newcastle is the very best beer on the planet as far as I am concerned. If GOD is a beer drinker? He's drinking NEWCASTLE. If I ever become an alcoholic, it will be because of Newcastle....
  14. When the Jets lost in double overtime in Cleveland after having a 10 point lead, I was reduced to tears. I just could not believe it.
  15. No, but it sounds like something I'd do.... That guy was such an obnoxious loser..
  16. Listen..... I know you are trying to antagonize me.... You know how I feel about the Darron Lee pick. Goes without saying. However, I am not going there. For just once, I am going to stay away from the negative and focus (with all my heart, I might add) on the POSITIVE.....
  17. I'm trashed right now. Drinking a NEWCASTLE variety Pack and enjoying myself. Just finished up a very hard week at the shipyard. WTH, right??? Anyway, you may think based on negative posts and all that garbage you goons spew that I am some sort of (insert name here), but TRUST ME, I am a Jets fan through and through. I love this this team and have just about as long as I can remember. So what's YOUR story? When did you ever feel that almost emotional attachments to the ups & downs of the team? When that injury bug chewed us up and spit us out in 1986? I cried as a teenager. I used to watch the games with my old man, just a couple of buddies excited to see the same thing happen. My old man was a Namath fan. LOVED the guarantee that he so eloquently followed through with. Since my father died in front of me when I was 13, all I have ever wanted is to see is this team win it all......
  18. He still has a chance because Jace Amaro sucks a fat one. We need a traditional TE. A guy that can do it all. Zack Sudfeld is the most interesting prospect in that mold. That's also NOT knocking anyone. That's just objective fact.
  19. Toon and Walker were better. Their numbers may not reflect that (I'm not looking at them), but they were MONEY. Take a look see for yourself....
  20. 1st of all, I do not have a wife, I have been divorced now for about 7 years. I have as girlfriend though, she happens to be a PATSY fan. Go figure?????? But I **** that abstinence out of her on a regular basis. But really, all I ask is that you look at what happened with John Vilma. Vilma was lightning quick, just like Darron Lee. Vilma failed miserably in Mangini's scheme. I see the same happening with Darron Lee. I hope I'm wrong, I really do..... But I do not think I am. I see this as a wasted pick, and ultimately a deciding factor about Mike MacCagnan.
