This team is in the playoffs with at least 15 of the starting QB's in this league. That kinda proves they are not a dumpster fire.
I'm just pointing to the elephant in the room. Zach's failures as a QB sank all the good that the rest of the team exuded. The fact that they put him back out there after benching him shows what little regard Saleh has for the rest of the team. If the directive to play him came from Douglas, then shame on Saleh again for not putting the team first and bucking that order.
