True, true but who cares THE PATS LOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And what a way to lose with Brady throwing a pick 6 with the game on the line (even though Ryan would have been smart to go down)

Poole is a slot corner, no? I'd keep Poole and also look into the outside CB's on the market.
I think he played both positions at dofferent times but i could be wrong about that. 5 mill really is reasonable anyway. Beachum is reserve at best.

Should you get a butt fumble for that?
Phone is in front pocket. Was a different body part

Beachum can be cut if we sign a LT in FA or draft one, Poole as well. I rather get a guy like Darby or Ryan if they hit the market. They will only cost a bit more and be a big upgrade.

You still don't get it. So I guess we'll leave it alone.
I get what you're saying, i just think it's an absurd way to look at it.

There were some great moments and some WTF moments, most notably with the game on the line.

Exactly. So why hand out a $60M contract?
Not defending Mac but the OL took a major step backwards last season

Jim Brown, Earl Campbell, maybe Jerome Bettis. That's all I got.
So we need a RB and a time machine.

Who would look good running behind a line that doesn't make holes to run through?

Brain embolism?
Actually that isn't funny. I have family members that have died from strokes.

You not understanding the point I'm making doesn't make me an idiot.
Warfish made a pretty similar point above and you said he was acting stupid too, so I know it's not just me. What gives?
What gives? Warfish is asking queations that are not based in the reality and you are comparing a full time defensive player to a punter.
You are both geniuses in your own minds. Congrats

I didn't know that was possible. Awesome!
Amazing what my pocket can do. It also is great at taking screenshots.

Shane Lechler was a great Punter, too.
Sorry, but your being an idiot now
Didn't you compare Adams to Tebow the other day

Perhaps the idea is to accumulate additional talent at positions of need, like O-line and WR.
So, big fan of trading away all our "unknown" draft picks for "known" players then?
Are you trying to act this stupid?

If you draft a SS high, he'd BETTER damn well be a great one to even come close to justifying that pick slot.
Adams is a great one. When ypu are arguably the best at your position in the NFL, you are great

We're depleted of talent at premium positions, and especially on offense. And that will be true whether we keep Jamal or not.
That part should make perfect sense.
Jamal being a S doesn't make a bit of difference. You can draft an edge or LT that are busts and been better pff keeping Adams because even though in your opinion he doesn't play a premium position, he is a premium player

You're completely missing the point. Adams on the Jets is like putting a $5000 sound system in a '92 Hyundai Sonata. I mean, yeah it's impressive and does it's job well, but you're still driving a sh*tty 20 year old car with more miles on it than the space shuttle.
If they can recoup the 1 they got for drafting Adams plus another top 100 pick AND avoid paying him like the best S in the league that's a deal you have to make if you want to really get down to the business of fixing the Jet's ills long term.
Sorry, i don't see the point in trading your best player on a team that is depleted of talent. You are trading an known for an unkown. That makes very little sense to me.

Ironic.
You asked if the Cowboys picked Adams and should the Jets spend a first on him. The Answer is absolutely no, but if you are talking about Balt, N.O., KC, or S.F., absolutely if they think he can help win a playoff game.

You just made my argument for me.
Awsome, go trade your first round pick and pay top dollar for a player instead of just paying Adams and keeping your forst round pick. Your way is so much better.
Just because it makes no sense for the Jets doesn't mean it doesn't make sense for a contender
I swear, it is incredible how thick headed some people are.
