  1. Bryce Hall will be back any day now. He will take the other spot. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  2. Good luck Brian, you were a warrior, admired how you always gave it your all, even when injured. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  3. We know who he is trying to emulate... please someone give him an offer he can’t refuse!!. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  4. Glad to hear Bell had something positive to say about the coach. Listening to the pundits bash him unmercifully on Locked-on Jets makes me wonder why Douglas kept him at all. I know the talk about Sam needing continuity but if the guy is that miserable both as a coach and as a person why stay with him? I totally trust Douglas, his judgement and his smarts. If he thinks Gase is worth a second chance so will I. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  5. I agree with the fans that feel Gase is a better HC than OC. This year will tell the story. With a much better roster there will be no excuses. Last year Gase coached scared. Let’s see what this year brings. The Johnson brothers are in my mind the main reason for years of ineptitude. They have never followed the road map to success. I hope they allow Douglas to do what he sees fit. He is the one providing hope for this organization. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  6. If Douglas waits much longer to trade the situation is going to get even messier. There are several suitors for this young excellent player. Dragging it out will only create more of a headache, Adams has made no bones about not wanting to remain with the team,-so deal! Why keep a disgruntled player, -get compensation for him now when the market is hot. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  7. Adams is becoming a distraction. Personally I don’t want to keep somebody who is clamoring to play somewhere else. Yes, he is a great player but to have to listen to him bitch and whine on twitter and elsewhere, I think is bad for the moral. Certainly it will be competition for his services and I can imagine the Jets coming away with a first a third and a player. Hopefully Douglas some day soon will make the Jets into a team that players want to be part of. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  8. That’s tough-so sorry, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  9. The Cowboys might very well be in the Super Bowl conversation this year. Why would we trade a special talent like Adams for a late first and a third? There must be a few other teams interested- Raiders? Yes, he is a great player but am getting tired of his “ all about me” attitude, especially since he has two years left on his contract. 10. I agree about the NFL show, it is so juvenile, lots of endless giggling and very little substance. More annoying than informative. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  11. The Jets are fragile as it is why would we want to take on a head case that 3 organizations gave up on? Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  12. This guy turned the Raiders into a circus and after that the Patriots couldn’t wait to get rid of him. Remember the Steelers traded him for a third round draft pick and people thought the Raiders got a steel. The Steelers knew something about this guy and his mental issues. Douglas who is building the Jets the right way would not even come near this player. The former regime might have and that’s one of the reasons we have a new GM. 13. Maye is a more than a competent player- definitely worth at least a third round pick. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  14. Hard to evaluate Gase after last year- this year after adding more talent to the team will paint a truer picture of his ability. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  15. Douglas would not have picked Morgan in the fourth round unless he thought the guy could be a legit backup to Sam. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  16. Experts and fans in general seem to rave about the Jets draft, so why are we then projected to land at the bottom 8 this season? I know we have a tougher schedule with long road trips, but there is no Brady in our division, Patriots, for the first time appear beatable. Tua might not be ready to play for the Fins, Buffalo has a strong team but erratic at the Qb spot. True,we have a lot of new pieces that need to be molded together but still- why such a low ranking? The Gase factor?? Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  17. The only criticism voiced about the draft seems to be that we only got one wr. Joe Douglas is a very smart man and I have a funny feeling that he is not at all unhappy with the guys we already have. Also Cager might turn out to be a find?? Joe did a masterful job with the o- line and for the first time we have depths in various areas. I don’t remember any time I felt this hopeful about the team. 18. It makes sense. Having to trade our arguably best player stinks but that’s the situation we’re in. Too many holes on this team. Jamal is great, but a luxury we can’t afford. Have a feeling that Douglas will see it that way too. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  19. Well, can you blame him if he wants to play for Dallas? What great player wouldn’t want to be on a contending team? Maybe some day we will be one ,but our track record doesn’t bring hope. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  20. Jamal is a great player, the only true star on the Jets. No half way decent team would ever think of trading him . We are in this position because of years of terrible GMs and terrible drafting. I know he might have to be traded because we suck and have for a long time and it hurts. Stop crapping on a guy who plays his heart every time he is out there and have more talent than anyone on this team. Jamal I hope you’ll stay and if you don’t I will still always cheer for you. 21. It would be crazy to trade a young pro bowl star for someone untested and a (possible bust)player who is not even an early first rounder. Jamal, like him or not, is a difference maker, and maybe the only absolute star on this team. I’d trade him for a 2 and 5 plus a starter.( o-line). We don’t just need decent players -we need impact players! Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app

No Qb for Miami??? Ain’t happening! Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  23. Mum’s is moving up rapidly- might even be a mid first rounder! Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  24. Jefferson will never be available in the third round - He’ll be a mid to late first rounder. Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
  25. Nobody can accuse the Jets of signing big names...under the radar seems to be the motto- hope this doesn’t backfire... Sent from my iPad using JetNation.com mobile app
