  1. Yankee Stadium and Citifield are a mess for ingress/egress and the seats are packed together with no legroom or elbow room, so uncomfortable.  Madison Square Garden is claustrophobic, and both MSG and Prudential are nightmares to drive to.  And Barclay, forget it, worst traffic of the bunch, tight seats, claustrophobic, the works.
MetLife Stadium is the best sports venue in the area.  At the intersection of several major highways and in an underpopulated area.  Comparatively easy to get in/out of.  Not claustrophobic.  The 4 pie shaped sections keep people where they belong.  Good sightlines if you pay.  About the size of Centrylink with an upper deck bolted on.  Seats and aisles spaced appropriately.  Great food choices.  The color of a plastic seat never lost a football game.

  2. I mentioned this before. I am the last person to defend Sar, but you can't tell people to GFY. Not cool.

This will be the last time I mention it.

That’s certainly possible that is how you interpret it, but I’ve clearly explained that it doesn’t mean that to me. So that there isn’t any confusion, you can readily see that I have now written out my response as GOOD FOR YOU CHARLIE in order to abide by your request. Hopefully there’s nothing wrong with typing out GOOD FOR YOU CHARLIE in my posts.

  3. Yes, but that works to my advantage.  Having PSL's in a non-PSL section means that someone buying my 4 licenses will have the luxury of not being relocated whereas those around them always will.  Doesn't matter anyway, everyone in my small section are diehards from Giants Stadium who had early seniority and picked the best non-Club seats in the house, and I don't see any of them giving up on the team or surrendering their licenses without recouping their outlay.  And I'm never selling so it is immaterial.  What actually matters is what the gameday ticket values will be if we are an elite team or someone like Deshaun comes.  There aren't that many Row 1's available if I can't attend a game here or there.  Back in 2010 and 2011 we were getting 50% over face or more for key games.

  5. maybe because "GFY" is awfully close to "GFYC"
And it doesn't stand for "Good For You".  The verb is "Go" and the pronoun is "yourself" in case you didn't know.

Not sure why it’s acceptable for him to troll and belittle people less fortunate than him but it’s not okay to to say “Good for you Charlie”. But sure, if that will make people happy I’ll spell it out each time.

  6. Here’s my problem on that, and why I’m so gung-ho to go scorched earth on this deal: even if the Jets get six first rounders over the next three years, the chances of any of those six being as good as Watson are negligible, and I don’t think you can expect Saleh to compete without a plus quarterback, but you can realistically expect playoff runs with Watson. I am of the belief that the talent level isn’t *that far away* and what we witnessed this year was a Gase/Darnold-induced malaise that made everyone look like sh*t. Additionally, given McClain’s tone shifts, I don’t think the Texans have the will or desire to drag this out, so juicing the offer a bit to lock this up quickly would be ok.
