As long as Joe Burrow is healthy, he will attract other superstars during free agency. I think some players will tale less pay to play for "Cool Joe". 

Having a great quarterback with all intangibles is the most critical aspect of any team. I don't see the NY Jets as an  attractive destination in 2023.
